About the event

The VIII International conference “Manpower Policy” will take place in St-Petersburg

November 19-20, 2015 the VIII International conference “Manpower Policy” will take place in St-Petersburg. The conference is held within the framework of the United Russia party project “Saint-Petersburg – the sea capital of Russia”. The aim of the event is to elaborate effective measures for stuff potential development in Russia.

The event will be traditionally held with the assistance and participation of both chambers of Federal Assembly of the RF, Transport Ministry of the Russian Federation and other relevant ministries and institutions. More than 300 delegates from federal and local authorities, business and public organizations are expected to participate.
Nowadays one of the key sources of stable development is high labour capacity. Though stuff training system is not always capable of meeting the growing personnel demands of transport companies. That is why it is necessary to take measures for consolidation of authorities, business and educational institutions efforts for development of transport sector stuff potential.

VIII International conference “Manpower Policy” is a reputable platform for effective communication of all concerned parties which contributes to higher professionalism of Russian transport sector employees. Main topics of the discussion will be

• Issues of state politics in sphere of stuff training
• Topical changes on the labour market in transport sector
• Development of transport education system
