The experts of the “TAXI” Forum will help in the organization of the World Cup FIFA – 2018

August 7, 2014 Member of the Board of Regions of Perm Krai of the “UNITED RUSSIA” political party’s project “Saint Petersburg – the Sea Capital of Russia” Y.A.Utkin appealed to the Organizing committee and the participants of the II International Eurasian Forum “TAXI” (IEFT-2014) with an initiative. The motion concerns the establishment of public expert-analytical Commission which will deal with issues of practical providing the World Cup FIFA – 2018 with the passenger cars.

This idea was met with approval and a genuine interest of the forum participants. The World Cup FIFA is a grand affair for Russia which requires thorough approach to organization. One of the important components of the events of such a level is the transport support. Apart from the sports events, taxi-cars will serve the tourist flows of cities hosting the championship, and their neighbors.

The International Eurasian Forum “TAXI” made a good showing as a competent discussion site. It enjoys a well-deserved reputation among the public bodies and the representatives of the professional community integrating the important decisions for the further development of the taxi industry. The leaders of the project “Saint-Petersburg – the Sea Capital of Russia” expressed confidence that the expert group, set up with the involvement of the Forum’s participants, will be able to formulate uniform standards to create the system of quality service of the participants of the  World Cup FIFA – 2018 with passenger  transport.

The Organizing Committee of the IEFT-2014 and the leader of the project "St. Petersburg - the Sea Capital of Russia" urged the interested participants of the transport industry to support Utkin’s initiative and to send constructive suggestions on their addresses.
