On July, 4 within the V International forum «Sea tourism» a round table «Luxury real estate and yacht infrastructure: how to make a tandem lucrative? » will take place.

Today there is a certain attention in Russia paid to the issues of sailing sports and yachting development. Evidently, developing this very sphere demands building the correspondent infrastructure. Apparently, putting Russian yachting on the European level will be a virtue for the government, as well as for business. To achieve this, a certain attention should be paid to creating the conditions towards raising its accessibility among the interested population and its sports orientation.

The tastes of the luxury housing customers are becoming more and more demanding, and there is a remarkable urgency among the city population to develop yacht infrastructure nearby the luxury residential real estate. Despite that tendency, there is no possibility to sail away straight from home in St. Petersburg.

The event will be supported and participated by the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Federal Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation,  Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, Federal Agency for Tourism, Federal Agency for Marine and River Transport and others. It is expected that more than 300 delegates from 40 Russian regions and 20 foreign states will take part in the Forum.
