LtD “Novatek” and LtD “Yamal SPG” will participate in IV International Forum “The Arctic: today and the Future”

10 – 11 November, LtD “Novatek” and LtD “Yamal SPG” will participate in IV International Forum “The Arctic: today and the Future”.

LtD “Novatek” produces on several deposits of Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug which forms part of Russian Arctic zone. The largest project “Yamal SPG” realized by “Novatek” allows for LNG plant, seaport and air port building. “Novatek” and “Yamal SPG” attach the great importance to environmental concerns. Safety politics promotes to Arctic nature conservation. Companies widely participate in implementation of programs directed to social, economic, educational and sport development of a region, national identity of Northern nations preservation.

Arctic zone development strategy confirmed up to 2020 by Russian president includes social and economic development of Polar regions of our country. Infrastructure prokects implementation, natural resources extraction, manpower policy became a main points of Arctic forum agenda designed to solutions of development global issues of Arctic region.
