3.  Conditions of providing and processing information in accordance with participation in the Conference: 

«Information» - any materials (massages, data, including personal data), provided by the Participant within the Conference, in particular, contain in the application form for participation and registration forms, as well.

Providing information Participant agrees and enables company Conference Point to receive and process all the materials for achieving the objectives of the Conference and also agrees that Information:

                * is to be included and stored in the Company’s data base;

                * can be processed and included in other automatized data bases and information systems of Conference Point;

                * can be used for connection with the conference participant both before and after the event.

Organizer guarantees the privacy mode of Your information and obliges not to transmit it to third person.

4. Before registration and information providing the Participant attentively familiarizes with the present conditions, admits it as reasonable and acceptable and agrees to the conditions and order of information delivering and processing.
